We have come across 2 Visonic Alarms in the last 2 weeks where one customer in Little Canfield had their alarm serviced for the last 2 years by another company that installed their Burglar Alarm. He was not happy with the last company and got Mediacoms round to service his Alarm. We were as shocked as the customer to find that he did not have a fully working alarm since installation. There were no guts in the external bell box. So if someone had broken into the house, no one would have been aware. There was no protection whatever.
We had another customer with the same problem in Little Dunmow that had the same alarm service installed 8 years ago. Again not happy, they called us, we serviced the alarm and again we found no guts in the Alarm Bell Box. (Same company)
We also have come across this before where a customer of ours had his Alarm serviced for 2 years to find he had no batteries in his external Alarm Bell box (Same Company)
