Why Mediacoms?
Mediacoms was established in 2001 by two brothers, with a combined total of over 30 years’ experience for any type of aerial, satellite repair, or audio visual and security installation.
This experience means we’re able to offer fully customised designs bespoke to any need, as well as straight out of the box solutions for any visual display or network that you can imagine.
The communications and media world offers a huge number of choices – so much so it can feel like a total minefield to ensure that you’re not going to be making any compromises in what you want and you’re getting real value for your money.

TV Systems & Aerials
Our installations are carried out to the highest standard by fully qualified engineers. Attention to detail is a priority, ensuring that our systems are designed and installed in accordance with the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 1994, recommendations set by the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI), and in relation to the Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974.
Satellites
Because we are a small company, we can often react more quickly and install satellites where other larger companies (like SKY itself ) haven’t been able to. We are not bogged down with company policy, rules, and regulations. Our main policy is to help our customers and give great service and it’s as simple as that.
What happens after you call our installers?
At Mediacoms, we believe in fast response; we’ll aim to have an approved installer to your home or business within 48 hours. Often we can install or repair on the spot because we keep our vans fully stocked and have asked the right questions to prepare for a visit.
New build and all other quotes
After receiving an application for a quotation, we aim to have a qualified installer on site within 48 hours. After the initial visit to assess the site, our design team will endeavor to provide you with a preliminary quotation within the next 48 hours.
Maintenance and repairs
We always respond quickly to any problems or failures; typically within 24 hours, even on weekends. So, rest assured your problem will be solved quickly and with minimal fuss. Because of our Approved Installers experience, MediaComs takes the guesswork out of diagnosing a problem, which saves you time and money.
Integrated Reception System Products
In order to keep pace with the very latest technical developments in digital reception, we only use the highest standard equipment. Our IRS installations are built on top specification distribution equipment such as Philips, Spaun, Televes and Fracarro.
