Response After receiving an application for a quotation, we aim to have a qualified member of the technical department on site within 48 hours. After the initial visit to assess the site, our design team will endeavour to provide you with a preliminary quotation within the next 48 hours. Maintenance All our customers can rely on a rapid response to any system failures. We aim to respond within 24 hours, even at weekends. In the event that a fault has occurred within a private residence and does not involve a system failure, we are able to provide a qualified engineer on site within 48 hours in most cases. Products In order to keep pace with the very latest technical developments in digital reception, we only use the highest standard equipment. Our IRS installations are built on top specification distribution equipment such as Philips, Spaun, Televes and Fracarro.
